This license covers both registered and unregistered versions of 1 Cool Flash Banner Tool, hereafter referred to as 'the Software', and you are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to use the Software.

If you have obtained the software free of charge or are an unregistered user you are not entitled to support of any kind.

Should the Software prove defective, you alone shall assume the cost of any service and/or repair.
